Racing Cancelled at Brands Hatch

The heavy snow that plaqued the BSB test at Snetterton a few weeks ago once again returned to force the cancellation of the first British Superbike round of the season at Brands Hatch.
Bad weather had been forecast and indeed that prediction proved correct as snow hit the area in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The meeting has been re-scheduled for May 10th/11th.
Qualifying News
Olie Linsdell has qualified the Team Blackhorse Yamaha R6 Superstock bike on the fourth row of the grid for Sunday's first round of the National 600cc Superstock Championship at Brands Hatch.
Olie had posted a time of 1:35.562 during Friday's first qualifying session but any intentions of further improving on this mark were frustrated when Saturday's second session was held in wet conditions.
